No referrals are required unless:

  • DVA
  • TPI claim
  • Workcover
  • Medicare / EPC programme

 

3. Which pool we use?

  • Hydro appointments are 1:1 not classes

4. How do I pay?
  • Payment in full is required at the end of the treatment session.

 

5. Can I use my private healthcare?
  • Yes, once you have settled your account we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your health fund for a rebate.

 

6. How long will my appointment be?
  • Initial assessment: +/- 45 min
  • follow up consultation: +/- 30min

 

7. What do I need to organise?

  • An area suitable to sit and discuss your problem
  • Suitable clothing to assess and treat your problem
  • Any X-ray, scan or reports and or referrals
  • An area to set up a mobile bed, alternately where appropriate you may receive treatment on your bed.
