Sometimes it is not physically possible make the trip to the physiotherapy clinic, there are a number of reasons why. At Go Rehab we are aware of these situations and recognise that the treatment needs to come to you.

Some of the things you might need us to come to your home for could include:

A recent fall: you might be looking bruised and find moving around difficult let alone driving. We can come to your home and assess your injuries. We could provide some "hands on" physiotherapy treatment and later develop series of exercise to target the weakness or reason for the fall. We could walk in and around your home and help identify falls risks. We could look at toilet seat heaths, showering safety, furniture type and placement to name just a few ideas.

Orthopaedics: You might have had a recent trauma or a planned joint replacement. You are home from hospital and finding things harder than you thought! We can assess your needs, plan some short, medium and long term goals. We can provide treatment and prescribe exercises to be done right in your bed or living room. This is a sure way to optimise your recovery.
